About Me

My journey in theme parks and technology

Introduction

Hey there!

I'm Ben Adler, a product leader with 20+ years in theme parks, hospitality, and guest-experience tech.

Education

I hold a B.S. from UCF's Rosen College of Hospitality Management with a focus on Theme Park Operations.

Current Role

Since 2018, I've been with accesso Technology Group in various Operations and Product Management positions, helping shape solutions that make visits smoother for guests and easier for operators.

I have worked with some of the biggest names in the attractions industry and also support over 1000 venues worldwide.

Key Achievements

At accesso, I played a key role in designing and rolling out Passport eCommerce v6 and the Media Content Engine, improving and streamlining the eCommerce and post-purchase experience across mobile and desktop.

These two applications are responsible for over $3b in transactional revenue and over 25 million guest interactions per year.

Background

Before accesso, I worked in various operations and management roles at Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando, and Marriott International.

High Volume experience that still guides how I build products today.

Personal Life

I'm a lifelong attractions fan who's visited parks around the world and ridden 400+ roller coasters.

When I'm not exploring parks, I enjoy being outdoors and cycling, spending time with my wife; Stephie, and my son; Charlie, a budding theme park fan himself.
